Suggested Requirements and Qualifications:

• Construction and/or Restoration Industry experience
• IICRC Certification
• Xactimate experience
• Minimum of 5 years estimating experience
• Fluent in Microsoft and the ability to quickly learn necessary computer programs

Career Responsibilities:

•  Providing accurate repair estimates in a timely manor
• Perform file audits and bid reviews on behalf of the insurance company
• Conduct a successful site evaluation for both residential and commercial properties
• Site inspections and site visits
• Travel required
